I hardware installed a Dash Cam in my 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. This approach can be applied to any make & model vehicle, and certainly all third gen model year Outlanders as shown here. The Outlander supports hardwired dash camera installation across all model years. This installation can also apply to RVR and Outlander Sport!
The installation process is straightforward, however there is a concern regarding the depth in which the fuse box sits behind the dashboard.
