I am in the initial stages of researching luxury diesel pushers and have been watching a LOT of videos. Angie's videos are, by a wide margin, the absolute best. First of all, she really knows her products as well as motor homes in general. Secondly, she does things no one else does like showing the motor home with the slides in (so you know how useable it will be either during travel or when you are stopped in a location where you can't put the slides out), and actually driving the motor home in traffic. Third, she shares numerous very helpful tips like not filling your DEF tank if you'll be stationary for a long period, or freezing a paper cup of water with a quarter on top so you know if the freezer has been powered off, etc. Fourth, she knows how to talk on camera. No awkward pauses, "umm"s, "you know"s or other distractions. Fifth, she has a great sense of humor. Sixth, she "owns" the vehicle, saying "we made some custom changes..." and "I didn't put any cabinets above..." rather than distancing herself from the coach builder or her own company like some do. Some other videos sound like the salesperson just stumbled on the motor home in a parking lot and is seeing it for the first time. Last but not least, the person on the camera does a great job of videography and staying with Angie as she describes the features in detail.

Quick Question... What Drivers Licence does a person need to hold to drive this unit? I would think at least an air brake endorsement would be needed, if not a Class 1

Great question and one we get asked quit a bit. The answer is it varies from state to state. My best advice is to go to the state's DMV website that issued you your current driver's license and search "RV operator's licensing requirements".

I agree. I’ve only watched a couple videos where the RV is shown with the slides retracted. This is the first “no go” or deal breaker for us (floor plan is second). It does not matter how nice the RV is if it isn’t functional. Nice job Newmar.

I've been waiting for the 2018 King Aire walk through. You do such a thorough job. I love this unit and color scheme. Not a fan of brown in a RV. I don't understand is why Newmar doesn't use a "tornado" tank-flush. It's a cheap part that helps clean the sides of the tank. You are my dealership of choice. I have a sister in Phoenix area where we can stay if something needs fixed.

Love your videos. Good quality and great amount of info. As I have sold a lot of these over the years when you said the torque it seemed low so I double checked and you said 950 ft-lb and it is actually 950 lb-ft @1,200 rpm. We all made the little slips. Not a big deal as the people who purchase something at this level do there research most of the time.

I own a E-150 Club Wagon Ford 2004 . it was used by the Police dept for survelience type operations and before the sale pretty much everything was torn up to a measure. it has only 30k on it and would like to custom refinish it and upgrade it with nice and usefull and reliable parts. Would you please consider taking a bit of time and assist me with some of your resources. I would greatly appreciate if you could . Im a fast learner and am blessed with various carpentry, electrical and technical skills and woukd not waste your time. We could barter or exchange efforts . Hello Angie, Love your reviews, I notice what looks like a cranking handle in the storage bay, what is that used for, and you said 605 hp and 900 ft/lb of torque, is that accurate. Thanks

Snap! You made me go back and watch my own video. I hate watching myself! Ugh! Willie, at the 9:20 mark the crank on the right side of the storage bay would be used to crank in the overhead door awning only in the unlikely event of a failure. The two long rods on the left are called "all threads" because they're threaded from one end to the other. You would use these rods to crank in the HWH hydraulic full wall slide in cause of a failure. Yes, the Cummings engine is 605 horse power, but with 1,950 foot pounds of torque.
