My question is: Can my Nissan Altima 2.5 SL (came with out technology package) have installed Navigation system with CarPlay(ie technology package)? Currently my car that I bought it doesn’t have such feature. Please let me know if can I have it then where do I get it (from official Nissan store) and how much it will cost?

Yes you can, but it's gonna cost a few grand. Hit up a Nissan dealership and talk to the parts department. They can install it for you.
