The trucks from Convoy ,Smokey and the Bandit , Move N On , and BJ and the Bear are all nice replicas.

The only truck that is a replica is the Smokey and the Bandit truck. The other 3 were actually used in filming. Convoy truck lives in GA, Moving On in TN and BJ and the Bear in WI. BJ truck is still used weekly to haul freight.

@@WMItruckspotting From what I have heard, several trucks were used for the movie. Some for stunts and the one in the video was used for all the rest of the movie. He has papers verifying that the truck was the actual movie truck.

My son is 13 years old and has fragile X syndrome. If he heard all those sirens and horns he’d have a total meltdown. He would be hysterically crying and screaming. Every one in reach would get scratched or slapped. I would be doing everything possible to get him somewhere he felt safe and wouldn’t be completely over stimulated. Just saying.
