2018 SSR NEW MUFFLER INSTALL

In this video I am installing a new muffler on the SSR 125 TR. I also had to change the oil multiple times due to getting water in the engine the previous time I rode the bike.

I recently purchased for my granddaughter an SSR 125 & I got the SSR 250 dual purpose. She's 12 & I'm 63. We ride em all the time & right now the days here in northeast PA the day temps are 30's with 20's wind chill. Love these bikes !

Sounds really good. But id trim the pipe shorter. Tuck it under the plastics more.

I stuck one of these onto my YBR125. The thing needed the db killer wrapping with mesh to stop me getting a ticket for excess noise. I bought the muffler for winter usage when there's a lot more salt around. I had a OEM Yamaha pipe that was getting a bit moth-eaten so I only put it on for the annual inspection & summer season.

Bought it on ebay but didn't like the quality of it so I don't have a link to share. The plastic piece on the back was broke when I got it and the company shipped me another muffler and the plastic was broke on that one too lol

only run mobile one FULL SYNTHETIC!!!! 10w 40!!!!!! the conventional oil will mess theres rings up and it will smoke! did it once before and learned my lesson

Its louder than stock and sounds great but if you take the baffle out it super loud and sounds sick.

I can try to find the link if you would like. I wasn't 100% happy with muffler because the plastic tip was cracked when i got it. The company sent me another one and it was cracked too so that's why i didn't post a link to the muffler. Its just a universal fit muffler that i made work

Just searched for a carbon fiber muffler on amazon. I didn't care for this one too much because the tip was plastic and broke before I received it. The company replaced it and that one was broke too lol

It was just an ebay muffler. Don't even know the brand but it was very poor quality and can't reccomend it to anyone.

Will it kill the bike with water in the oil? Mine has water in the oil from washing it and oil is like $6 here

I changed the oil a couple of times to flush the water out and it ran perfect. I would change the oil right away. Run it for a couple minutes and change it again until there no water left in the oil
