Terrance Moore the cvt in the wrx is very impressive... not like the cvt on the other models. Plus the transmission in the wrx has never been fantastic

So basically, it's the same price as an STI (40k). For that you get: LOWER TIER= Brakes, Transmission, HP, TQ, etc... Hmmm... Choices!!, Choices!!!

Yes, However it will be around 40K like this car and for that money you should just go STI.

Why anyone would buy this car in an automatic is beyond me, 40% of horsepower is lost in that CVT, Subaru should only offer WRX's in manual like the STI.

Because living in thr city traffic sometimes that can get annoying. I get it the experience etc. But for me I probably will never get another manual while living in the city. But everybody has there thing

NoahKing on the wrx the cvt is very impressive... you would be surprised. After test driving both I went cvt.... boost is more on demand and the manual transmission has never been that great in the wrx... rev hang and notchy, plus a clutch too heavy for my liking
