Triumph say: DARKER, MEANER, STRONGER. I took the Black out for a spin, lets see if it's true. Thanks to: Motorsport Burgdorf: www.motorsport... Email: nothingtoprovemoto@gmail.com

I’m leaning more towards the triumph than the Indian. I like the mono shock vs the dual shocks. The cruise control is nice too. Both are bad for long rides. Indian has a few more horses but I love that clean look of the triumph.

Wow watched your first video yesterday about a bike I'm interested, but will watch all your videos regardless of a model. Superb reviews, really enjoying learning from it about bikes. Thanks!

Man how I love this bike. I wish there was a bike with these looks and the ergonomics of a BMW GS.

good review...I agree the rear shock Is pretty poor I'm only 175ibs and I feel It on uneven roads . best thing I ever did with my BB was install a Wilbers shock and a Corbin seat , now Its like riding on air . After riding the Indian and the Triumph bobber's I went with the Triumph like you said when It comes to looks and fit and finish Triumph nailed It .
@NothingToProve5 жыл бұрын
Thanks Mar Vel, yea I'd change the rear shock right away if I got this bike too. That really was the only negative that I could find on this bike. It really is a good all around bobber. The looks are just stunning and the fit and finish is just right.

Mar Vel, I am having same issue from my Bobber, my low vertebras are really complain. Do Wilbers absorber and Corbin seat (where I should find?) seriously improve comfort? Do them deserve to purchase? TKS !
@nizzmo1005 жыл бұрын
Yes the Wilbers mono shock and the Corbin seat work great together I highly recommend.....Do a Google search for both Items .

I also chose between the Indian and Triumph Bobbers, such a tough choice! I would have been happy about either of them but went for the Indian mostly because it was cheaper (at the time $11.499...now the 2019's are 12,499)compared to the Triumph Bobber Black at 13,150.The Triumph has a more classic look with modern engine/electronics while the Indian Scout Bobber is just a more modern interpretation in both engine and design. Wish I could afford to own them both.

@Mar Vel ... I know it’s a year later however, can I ask you why the Wilbers and not the Fox that Triumph & Indian stock? Which model the 530/540 or 600 series? Are you still happy with your choice? I also find myself in the same dilemma of choosing and am at 70/40 to my the Triumph as the chosen one. Thank you...🙏

Thanks pard, finally a great look at a scooter from vantages off the bike instead of twenty minutes listening to some droid drone on while looking at the back side of the handle bars. Good job

Indian Bobber ground clearance is dreadful. I was scrapping the pegs before I got out of the dealership!
@NothingToProve5 жыл бұрын
Yea, you can hear me scraping pegs several times in the Indian Scout Bobber video. The very few times I scraped on the Triumph Bobber didn't make it into the video. I don't know if it's because the Indian is lower or if it just wanted to be ridden faster/harder than the Triumph. The Indian said "go go go" and the Triumph said "relax, easy, cool".

Thank you Scott, Nice review 🤟 Although I find myself in the seemingly usual battle in contemplation over the Triumph & Indian. I found myself screaming in the background of watching your video saying “punch it, punch it.... 106 Nm Torque @ 4000 RPM. I really wanted to see the hypersonic max torque cut in, but you seemed to change gear right before the bite.....🥴 haha Ah well, nice video and a huge belated thank you.....🙏🙏🙏

Who's hooking you up with these bikes. You're on one flagship a after another. Good review too.

Ah...me I guess. I'm working with the local dealerships, I check out the demo bikes and if I see one that I need/want/should ride, then I do, if I like the bike or not is irrelevant. Or if the owner of the dealership wants me to ride a specific bike then I do it for him too. It's a partnership, we help each other.

So who set up the camera filming the camera being setup at the beginning?
@NothingToProve5 жыл бұрын
It's a magic camera. It goes ahead of me and sets itself up ahead of time so that I don't have to do it. :) Seriously, I'm a one man show, anything you see is done by me.

@ferdiedeleon704621 сағат бұрын
You got that right! I finally picked one after 4 years of drooling over it. I saw it when I picked up my 2021 Rocket 3gt and I immediately tried to do the math if I can take home both of them but it did not happen. Now, I’m really loving it for city rides and some backroads. It’s the only Bobber that really looks like one!

Hi Ferdinand, I didn't notice the seat being hard. I was on it for about 3 hours (total time) and the only thing that really bothered me was the riding position, my lower back had had enough at that point. Ride safe, Scott

Shame about those absolutely horrible billboards for number plates you got...!! Totally ruins the back of the bike. In Australia our bike plates are about as big as a postcard as they should be.
@SteveSmith-wk9dx3 жыл бұрын
It's a bugger, and no mistake. My bobber has a side-mount plate, but it's still huge (UK plate standards) and I sometimes bash my shin on it dismounting. Although, the regs are only for the size and spacing of the letters/numbers, so I should be able to cut it down by about an inch in each dimension.
