Een set Michelins PS4 zouden al veel minder wielspin geven. Been there done that ;-) ik heb een tuner gezien die uit deze blok 2.0 tsi (190pk) in een leon 2018 met downpipe en airfilter 281pk draait. Dit lijkt me wel heel optimistisch niet gezien de stock turbo niet? Aangezien de rest rond de 250-255pk zit.

How much "snappier" is the gerbox with the DSG optimization and do you also get more pops and bangs when you tweak the gearbox when you upshift/downshift or does all that come from the exhaust?

The shiftspeeds are 20% quicker and we optimised the torque requests during shifting. The DSG farts you hear are coming from the engine tuning. FYI we can reintroduce DSG farts on the new Golf 7.5 DSG 7 DQ380 where it disappeared cause of noise regulations.

What's your "long time" experience with the DSG. Should be a DQ250 which is only meant to handle 350 to 380 NM. 470 is a lot more that that.

Hi, the gearbox has a specific tune developed for this car and all improvements have been made to support this amount if torque (even stage 3 - 504NM atm). The car has been and still is a replacement vehicle for our customers for some time now and we've experienced no problems and complaints.

When you're saying "specific tune" do you mean changes that have been implemented by you guys or specific tune done by Volkswagen when the vehicle was designed? If you meant yourselves: hardware-tune like different clutch pads or just software-tune?

@@teengoh4n561 No problem! We haven't changed the clutches (yet) because oem can support the torque, our engineers have tuned the oem software with our own flashing and datalogging tool. (bFlash)

I think the Dyno turns the rear wheels automatically so the car doesn't flag a fault. The ECU most probably compares the speeds of all the wheels for ESP,ABS and so on..
