ちょうどいいプチ都市ですね.…窮屈感がなくフラットな空間が暮らしやすそうー！冬は雪と無縁な所で…お日さまサンサンで暖ったかくノンビリできそうな街で羨ましいです。

宮崎市の歓楽街「ニシタチ」は、全国でも大きい方で、非常に活気がありますね。週末ともなれば、大きな歓楽街がごった返す人出で、すごい！の一言です。

令和2年10月、リニューアルしたＪＲ宮崎駅の西側が「高千穂口」、東側は「大和口」という名称になりましたよ～。古事記、日本書紀に書かれたヤマト（後の神武天皇）が宮崎生まれ育ち、高千穂の宮があったということで。市中心部から離れる駅周辺の雰囲気が変わってきました。郊外に流れていた買い物客が駅にも流れ、従来の市中心部と駅間に新しい人の流れが出てきた感じです。

宮崎市は、そこそこ都会だし街並みも綺麗だから住み易いですよ 都市と自然のバランスが取れてる印象です 神戸から移住してるけど、雰囲気とかなんとなく似てるような気がします

宮崎市は、県庁が置かれる前は古墳だらけだったとか。日本誕生神話と歴史ある多くの古社、近代性と米カリフォルニアかフロリダのような雰囲気が共存する都市ですね。

懐かしい!４０年程前に転勤で６年半勤務しました。当時駅前の若草通り角が支店が有った場所ですが、当時との変わりように驚いています。東口の科学技術館は設立当時コンピューター導入のお手伝いをしてその一環でロボットアーム２台でマリオネットを操作してピアノを演奏する展示物を提供したのを思い出しました。

宮崎港に入港した海上自衛隊の艦 そこにいた同期生。「チキン南蛮の美味しいお店に連れていけ」言うから近くの瀬頭の「おぐら」に行った。凄く誉められた。「一生 忘れん味」げな。３０年以上もの交流ある佐賀県人。

最近の宮崎市は中心部へのマンション建設が目立ちますね。 駅周辺の開発がこれから始まるということですので、10年後の宮崎市の姿が楽しみですね。

宮崎市は今建設ラッシュ中です。街中のオフィスビルやホテルやマンション建設、郊外も店舗が次々出店。 駅は西は駅舎を含め全体が整備され大手シネコン備えたビル二棟が建ち、東はアリーナが建つ予定。 企業の進出も盛んですし、イオン（南宮崎じゃない方）が九州最大級に増床し青島のシリコンバレー計画・・・。 挙げたらきりないのでやめときます。

２年ぶりにコメントします。 現在→アミュプラザ（駅ビル）完成、東急ハンズやシネコン、大手ファッション雑貨飲食書店などが入る。宮崎駅は駅舎も整備されテナントも多く進出、駅前にイベントなど出来る大きな広場も整備。ボンベルタは渋谷のMEGAドンキを超える大型都市型ドンキを核とした複合商業施設になる。その他街中多くの変化あり。 郊外はイオンが増床し店舗数はLOFTなどを中心に約250店舗。南宮崎イオンもリニューアル。その他店舗進出たくさんあり。 今後予定されている大型再開発計画→駅近くの県有グラウンドと周辺を再開発し、国民スポーツ大会をはじめ全国規模の公式大会が開催可能な屋内プールやトレーニング室、多目的スタジオの整備、他にも飲食モールや医療施設や宮崎の放送局の本社を建設、さらに大学機能の一部も再開発地域に移転。 他にも色々計画等あり、書きたい事はあるのですがとてもまとめきれません。コロナが収束したら是非また来ていただきたいですね。この頃よりだいぶ変わっていますから。

九州はバランスよく栄えてます。 福岡市は別格として 北九州市~熊本市政令指定都市 長崎市・鹿児島市・大分市・宮崎市中核都市 沖縄県も有りますね。 九州は大企業も多いです。 出光興産は福岡県北九州 ブリヂストンは福岡県久留米 旭化成は宮崎県延岡 久光製薬は佐賀県鳥栖 が祖ですから。

Banchan1000 40万都市でそれだけコンパクトにまとまってるのはこれから強いでしょうね。 ただ衛星写真を見ると、中心部でまだまだ土地の高密度利用の余地がある気がします。

@@ジンニシ まだ開発できる余地はありそうですね。でも最近は駐車場や空き地だったところにオフィスビルやホテルマンションが建つことが多い気がします。空白部分がどんどん埋まっていく感じですね。 駅北には国体のプールが整備され、商業施設なども立地する複合的なエリアに再開発する予定で大手のゼネコンが注目してるそうです。宮崎市の今後が楽しみです。

宮崎の人は、基本車移動だから、人口の割に街に人が少ないと思う（特に昼間） 宮崎駅の再開発で活気のある街に発展していってほしい！！

人口がほぼ同じで繁華街が駅からやや離れた場所にある県庁所在地という共通点のある岐阜市より遥かに活気があって都会的ですね。隣県の県庁所在地の大分市といい勝負なのでは。

7kazats 両市に行くと感じますが、大分市は近代的、宮崎市は歴史的という雰囲気でしたよ。 大分市で言えば、隣に別府市があり別大国道があること、また福岡にも近いこともあってか、人の流れが多いように感じます。また大分駅付近は、再開発等の建設ラッシュで、地価も大幅に上昇しているようです。 宮崎市は時間の流れがゆったりとしているようで、夕方から呑むにはいい場所だと思います。 宿泊には、この動画内の図にもありました、宮崎観光ホテルが市街地にも近く天然温泉があり、朝食も大淀川を眺望できるので個人的にはオススメです。 似ているようでカラーの違う両市ですが、観光をするには九州(大分・宮崎)は最高の地方だと改めて感じますね。

大分市はさすが城下町といった感じで、市街地の密度が高い印象です。最近、大分駅周辺も垢抜けました。 宮崎市は城下町ではないので、市街地に拠点となる物がなく、市街地が広々としている（密度がそれほど高くない）印象です。宮崎駅周辺は再開発でこれから様変わりするようです。両者とも、特色があって良い街ですよ。

映像 見ると都会的に見えた。 ただそんなに 都会では ない(笑) 再開発されて 今よりは 賑やかになるかも？ 大分よりも田舎？確かに そうだと思います。 確かに公共交通機関は 不便。ただ生活してみて 何一つ不自由なことはない。 食べ物が美味しい❗(凄い料理人がいるわけではない。素材が素晴らしい。) 述べられている 夜の繁華街は ホントに楽しい。 そんなちょっとした都市部より、１０分走れば 海。 １５分も逆に走れば 山の自然。 ホントに心地の良い ところですね。

@駄PUMPKIN 行けば分かりますけど、正直ひどく寂れてます。 20年前はまだ活気もそれなりにあったのですが今は完全にゴースト化してて中心部は商業的な施設が皆無で店もほとんどないです。 今後は宮崎市にますます富が集中し都城や延岡は更に寂れるだろうと思います。

民間２局、国営（nhk、eテレ）２局の４局です。他の地域では考えられません。 宮崎はケーブルテレビに加入すると、熊本波が見れます。有料ですよ。 熊本県民は、コンセントを指すだけで見ることが出来るのにです。 最近、プリキュアシリーズが打ち切りにあったとか。

宮崎県は、九州の中で一番住みにくい県だと思っています。 １・テレビは４局ネット。（そのうち２つは、nhkとeテレ。民間２局は、全国最低。） ２・（削除されました） ３・私鉄が無い。延岡市にあった高千穂鉄道は、２００５年に台風で橋が流されて消滅した。 九州といえば路面電車だが、宮崎県は一度も造られた事がなく無縁なのである。（大分と佐賀は廃線。福岡は地下鉄とモノレールに移行。）jrは通っているが、沖縄を除いて４６都道府県に通っているので、あって普通なのである。 九州に住もうと思うなら、宮崎を選択する理由がありますか？

そりゃあ市内はいいだろうけどそれ以外は本当に糞。娯楽施設もなけりゃTVの局数さえ2つ。新幹線はないし福岡からも遠い。まさに陸の孤島。Loft、IKEAさえない。都会から離れてる為オタクの私はきつい住みたくない
