So I have the A1 with 150 HP in red. At first I was a bit skeptical because many friends of mine have said it is rather such a woman Car. But I think it looks just in red and with the S-Line Exteriur and interior very beautiful. 150 HP I say now, is enough. 4 Cylinder 7 speed DSG transmission, you won't be sneaking on the highway anymore. This thing shoots forward like a rocket. Also the interior looks very good. I also have the Ambient light package. Which, especially at night, looks extremely cool. So to all the guys outside, I bought this with 22 and find it top. 150 PS and economical without end! Unfortunately the A1 with the 6 speed manual transmission is not the best. There I find 7 gears for such a vehicle more than enough.

Let me tell you: I tried this Audi A1 150 hp petrol, manual gearbox and I noticed a very disturbing detail: when switching from 1st to second '(and only there), there is a very large "hole" of about 3 seconds. We push the accelerator and nothing, nothing happens! This is the reason why I did not buy this opportunity. Probably a problem on this car tested in Rouen because normally it is displayed for a time of 7.5s from 0 to 100 km / h! The problem is that 150hp in manual transmission are extremely rare and I am afraid of finding the same problem if I order it from an importer. A risk that I hesitate to take! Note that on the 116 hp, everything is going normally

I like the A1 a lot but there are a few things I don’t get ... this is a car that cost over 30k euro in top specs, but still : 1) no electric handbrake 2) hard plastics on door panels and lower console 3) sports seats are not sporty enough especially with regards to thigh support 4) no sunroof or glass roof available. Somehow I feel that it’s too expensive for what it really is. Yes, it’s an Audi but to me it looks more like a re-badged VW than a proper premium luxury supermini.
