Thank you for video but this procedure does not work on my 2021 c300 basic. I looked at several videos on how to reset the Service B notice and nothing works. I think Mercedes releases so many software versions and updates that it's impossible to stay up with.

Correct step by step video but did not mention is that in order to work it has to be in trip/mileage mode after many attempts I was successful only after I learned that from other comments

For anyone struggling, I was pressing the touch pad and the back button at the same exact time and that’s why I couldn’t get it to work. You need to press the back button first and then press the touch pad. Also, make sure you’re on the odometer screen under the trip selection

When I open and close the door, my odometer needle did not move. Just the “Park” lights up and Mercedes on the screen. When I press the back button and the square black button, It only ask of if I want to reset the Odometer. I don’t get it. From the square black button, I scrolled to Service and found “ASSYST PLUS”. Then a message popped up “Service B5 Exceeded by 35 Days”. I hit the black square button, nothing. If I pushed the start engine, nothing. What am I doing wrong? 2019 C300.

It’s a little tricky. Just make sure you’ve closed the door, pressed the start/stop button once and try the button sequence

You need to make sure "Trip" is selected before you start. If it comes up over "Service" it won't work.
