Every time I see any aspect of the history of our culture on display I feel pride, awe and a certain degree of chill as the goosebumps raise. It’s unfortunate that not enough of us appreciate and understand the importance of this. We can NEVER forget where we came from my people. Our ancestors went through too much to forget. Our history is what is supposed to guide us as we step out every day to face the world and it’s challenges. We disrespect the memory of our ancestors when we rob and steal and cheat and kill and fill our brains with the poison of drugs and greed. They’re rolling in they graves and crying tears of blood when they see how our people murder each other in the streets. When will it ever end 😢 Thank you for keeping our history alive Ms. Pearl and others..thank you!!
