Trynna put an amp and change the speakers but I’m gettings quotes round $500.00 and those r juss estimates... does that sound about right to you? JEJUAN PRYOR honestly I’m trying to do just that exactly. I asked a place near me that i know does good work cuz it’s by appointment but they said the estimate would be around 500 juss to do that. The shop is in Perth Amboy, NJ but then again.... did u have your own amp and sub? That might be the reason why they said that i hope... probably assumed i was buying the amp and sub from them maybe.. gonna try callin again and mention i have my own amp and sub but juss need them to install it.. did h have the wiring kit also or the person or shop u went to had that included?

jojo2466 well I took my car to a shop and had them wire my sub and amp. And when you do get your subs and amp wired make sure you disconnect the microphones in the headliner or else you’ll be hearing noise coming through your subs. And also no I didn’t change out my door speakers because I don’t plan on keeping the car long. Only want a year with it and I wanna go to a Scatpack or RT Charger. And the 2s ride okay. Just that feeling everything in the roads because of the thinness of the tires
