Mine has automatic start, no " service intervals" when I scroll through, just the message " service in so many days" which doesn't do what you are doing. Any help very much appreciated.

Top video! I have successfully put out the ransom light errr I mean service light. No more expensive main dealer services for my 2018 Duster, back to 5L of oil and a filter from Halfords and home mechanicing!

I have a problem with service light, traction control and power steering light on a dacia duster 2021 prestige. Because I only do a few miles per year, this year I only had it checked over by a local garage that has done our servicing for the last thirty years. After the quick service the lights mentioned came on and won't go out. Any suggestions?

@@jorneevraerts8450 no, I didn't, I've decided to take it in; hopefully, it will be covered by warranty. I think it's possible that it's a deliberate fault that has to be corrected at a main dealer.

These came up last year on my 2019 Dacia Duster when my garage put winter tyres on the front of my 4 X 2. In the end the main dealer changed the sensors under warranty. You can get them to go off when the engine is running and the vehicle is staionary by turning the steering wheel fully to the left and then fully to the right. Sadly though you will have to do this each time you start the car but at least it gets rid of the warning lights!! Best. JJ Goes Forth

@@jjgoesforth yes, I had to do it every time but it's not a solution, so I ended up taking it back to the garage. They claim that it is only Renault that can reset these lights, that means, notwithstanding the fact that under the law, you can take your car to be repaired at any garage that pays vat, as long as they use approved parts, oil etc. However, then you may have to take it back to the main dealer to have the lights reset every time and pay for them to do it. The problem I have is, if you have taken your car to an independent garage and paid them for the service but they are unable to reset the lights, what happens in the event of an accident, I'll bet they would void your insurance for not having it done.
