Fully agree after 1 1/4 year of driving 2020 GT AWD. It's not a true muscle car, better a stylish cruiser, with plenty of room, very comfortable, still not slow in traffic, AWD works well, fuel consumption is good for such big, heavy and 300 HP car - even when considered by European eyes. If you do not need to race everyday, but want a coupe with nice old-school look and spirit, this is great car for daily driving or long trips, and always gives you some fun in addition. And the view over long hood is just priceless! Greetings from mid-Europe.

The "handle" on the back of the seat isnt for helping to get it, it is for access to the backseat. Pull it and the seat back lunges forward. It's not a handle for easier access. Its functional

Technically if u want a awd Hemi u can get a track hawk .. and as a SRT8 owner I wouldn’t want to drive all day 😂 I get like 10 mpg and premium gas is crazy nowadays

I ordered one in Hellraisen a couple weeks ago. I need a car I can drive every day regardless of the heavy rains we start getting in Florida about now. I packed it full of most of the available options. The V8's require premium fuel, and are only RWD so they fishtail even on dry pavement. A V8 will also raise your insurance. So consider the extra costs you're gonna pay to get that exhaust sound you hear on all those other KZbin videos.

Nice review. I owned a 2016 Challenger Scat Pack in plum crazy purple. Got rid of it because of a constant engine ticking due to lifter issues. The GT you're reviewing looks nicer with the performance hood and black noise wheels. Plus the v-6 gets way better gas milage than the Scat Pack with it's 392 engine. Also with gas prices sky rocketing the GT won't empty your checking account.

Interesting how loud it was - I have a 2019 RWD GT and it was SILENT. I put 3 chamber Flowmasters on it and deleted the rear mufflers so now it sounds about like this car does.

I wish dodge would explain it better with what they changed. The 2020 gt challenger in sport has that nice sound to it but the 2019s are hit and miss

i love mine as well , i just got it three months ago but i don't drive it in the snow cause i don't want the salt on it . i drive my back up car a Lexus RX 300 but the wether has been good enough for me to drive my Challenger it was sitting for 3 weeks but i just drove it for the past three days and i miss it when i don't drive it . anyway it's a great Car ! Its got go! I've taken mine up to 125 easy. Before I know it I'm doing 90 its so smooth you can't feel it at all. I bought mine in Oct. and I love It. I would love A Hellcat but its 2.5 X's the price and the gas mileage would kill me not to mention the insurance! Mine is so beautiful looking, smooth ride, really affordable, I'm so glad I bought it!

I wanna say this GT, but with awd it should drink a little more. Question is, does it compare to the V8 or is it still much cheaper? Nice sounding and powerful V8 vs possibly lower gas mileage and better handling during winter.

Kevin McDonald the gt might be more convenient for gas but I gotta say this does not compare to the amount of fun as a v8 6.4 . I probably wouldn’t wanna get a challenger unless it is at least a scat

That wouldn't make sense for them to turn back the clock on the interior. Plus, the Challenger interior is regarded as the best in its class, topping the Mustang and Camaro. The consensus nowadays want an updated interior with nice amenities and enough space. Dodge offers all of that in the present Challenger. If you want "classic", get a Challenger from the 70's
