Does anybody else remember the old arcade ride called "Kiddie Coaster" where you sit in a mini cart that played a POV of Blue Streak or Gemini and would rock back and forth to simulate the coaster experience? That's exactly where I found about this ride

Rode this on Halloween night this year, and let me tell you something, that finale is BRUTAL when the trims are off. That readjusted my spine. Lol. Still a fun ride, regardless.

I rode this ride earlier this month, I hadn't been to cedar point in 25 years, I used to ride this ride every time we went without fail, usually several times. Late at night we would run from the exit to the entrance repeatedly!

Gemini is my favorite ride in the park. I have seasons passes and I used to go there every week. It’s my favorite cause it doesn’t matter where you sit on this ride, you still have just as much fun as the person in front of or behind you.

Hi waddles, i have never been to that park. Im in pgh,pa. Kennywood is my park, but i havent been there in many yrs too. Lol. The racer at Kennywood reminds me of the gemini. How come the blue train looks like it is slowing down on the curve before the trains seperate to go into their seperate low curve. Before goin into the station?

Recently, i came to cedar point and rode this. It’s just so entertaining. The first hill, the end... I loved it. If you haven’t ridden this, try it when you go to cedar point or go again. The racer at king’s island is one of my favorites and first coasters, and it’s very similar to this wild ride. I love this ride, basically.

Gemini was my first coaster back in like 1984 or 1985 at the age of 12ish. I remember my friend telling me there is an area where it looks like your hands are going to be cut off and everyone's arms go down. I normally watch the POV videos but happened across this one....and, sure enough, the arms went DOWN at that point during the ride. LOL EPIC!!!

Yeah, the it opened I was quite hopeful, but I was just ever so slightly too short! So, for a year I got to hear about how great it was, and I heard about that headchopper a lot! So, next year I was nine, I was big for my age and I was super ready! Between the racing, the head chopper, and the waitlist drop on the first Hill that makes your bladder clench up like you just got kicked in the gut nearly indescribable! And, the thing is, I felt all the same things this year when I went after not having been there for twenty-five years, and I had just ridden the valravn and the maverick! The Gemini is an amazing experience, like no other!

It is so nice to see the old style roller coaster. I remember going to Cedar Point when I was about 6 or 7. We moved away from Ohio when I was 10 and now that I am an adult and can't stand Arizona and it's ridiculous heat high prices I am going back to what I can call home and show my son what living really is ☺️

I remember in the 80’s and 90’s going here and we used to talk shit back and forth with the other coaster as we were both going up. Both coasters of people would be giving the finger shouting “fuck you!”. I miss those times. :(

Yeah, I did. It even sucks that the water park was closed, therefore I didn't get to experience that. Plus, I didn't even like those access passes they were handing out where the lines would be *EXTREMELY* long, and we had to stand in direct sunlight. So glad they discontinued the access passes.

They better nit ever close this ride. So beautiful, smooth, fun, arrow purposely made those slow turn around so people in each train could look over and try to touch eqchother there are no other racing coaster I know that you get that close to the other train and have that great experience. This ride deserves a re tracking. Vekoma would be able to make this old style track no problem and it would be glass smooth. But this is a very reliable ride, it's still super smooth, and frankly ide rather have dragster, gate keeper, mavric, and valravn removed all at the same time if it meant saving Gemini.

Do not be scared to ride this it’s really not that bad it’s like it goes really high but you shouldn’t be scared because if you’re trying to get over your fear I would recommend doing it on some smaller coasters first and then work your way up

Here are some reasons why we may be seeing rmc gemini 1: Since all rmc needs is the wooden supports it doesnt matter that it is steel 2: cedar point has shown that they dont mind building 2 of one manufacturer's coasters back to back as long as it is successful ie millenium force, and dragster which were both intamin. Steel vengance was a huge success and the mobious dualing rmc twisted collosus has shown to be very successful as well 3: cedar point is short on family coasters so cedar point could use the parts feom gemini to keep cedar creek mine ride running for a long time since they are both the same model of arrow mine train 4: having rmc do gemini would be a cheaper way of getting a new and popular ride that they know will be popular rather than gambling on another manufacturers ride. 5: gemini isnt that long of a ride so making it a dualing rmc would not cost as much as some of the larger dualing woodies that would be far too expencive. So my point is we may verry well see gemini be turned into a mobious dualing rmc. It makes good financial sence to cedar fair to do it. #RMCGEMINI
