OK, army supply at the time of GG was 47-TY and 12-Dark. BUT Dark was mining with all 3 bases (including all gases being saturated), and TYs army hadn't come over yet. So I don't get it.... Worker count 60-Dark, 31-TY. It looked holdable, and it looks like he just gave up. Definitely premature GG. Doesn't look good on Dark......

GSL never turn on the health bar (except GSL vs The World). There is a reason for that, having health bar on make it very hard to look on a large screen when smaller units like Zerglings and Marines clumping together. With health bar turn on, it is annoying to keep seeing those bars when there are so many units. Most pro players turn health bar off because it is very distraction when the fight happens. I think that is much of the reason for GSL as well, no matter a player or viewer, having health bar turn-on is very distraction on the main fight with so many smaller units.

@@Whalery That makes sense for playing the game but I don't agree with your rationale for an observer. I enjoy seeing how close something came to dying and the health and energy state of units. It can be annoying and pointless if there are 200 zerglings on screen but I'd happily put up with those few moments than miss out on the richer information and interest the health (on damaged units) and energy bars provide for the whole game (particularly early game).

@@lawrenceblair8104 Different people, different thoughts. Health bar was turn-off in GSL for ages. There were many people report about that even though I forgot about the reason. GSL in the past (2-3 years ago) had health bar turn-on, but now it will never happen again.

I honestly feel the Raven is underappreciated these days, especially in TvZ. Everyone keeps talking about trading units for energy with Infestors but Ravens can basically do the same thing. Turrets instead of Infested Terrans, Anti Armor Missiles instead of Fungal Growth. No, not exactly the same thing but pretty close. Than there are also Ghosts(snipes) and BCs(Yamato) for more Terran options to trade units for energy. It's just that all of these options are simply not being used nearly enough, especially in super late game TvZ.

You cant tech all the T tree at the rate Z does, you will just get outgrowth everytime even if you trade evenly good as T, Z is just too cost effecient on late game vs T spamming lings and banes

@@Robert-pi9lv You don't need to tech at the same rate, Marine, Marauder, Medivac armies carry Terrans throughout most of the game. You only really need the tech units in the late game, at which point you should already have 4+ bases and enough resources to tech into 2 of Ghosts, Ravens, BCs if not all 3. Or of course you can incorporate them into your build earlier such as the BC opening build or getting a couple of Ravens to harass with(auto turrets) instead of Banshee's/Liberators. Similar results, units that scale much better later into the game and tech costs you would have to spend later if you don't do it now. Especially in the highest levels where no harassment is guaranteed to do significant damage compromising into Ravens instead of Banshee's/Liberators isn't as big of a deal as it seems on paper. As for ling+bane spam, when off creep Marines, Marauders(to soak up the bane hits) and Medivacs with proper micro can handle these armies pretty well. So it's all about combating creep, which Ravens are the best tool for doing so, rather than constantly wasting scans to remove 1-2 creep tumors.

1) zerg have movement advantage, speed/nydus, unit total advantage(free defense that can move...), 2) vision advantage( moving overlords and creep so can never be surprised) 3) ability to instantly rebuild their army with 6 trillion larva being stored up, 4) Get free units which not only attack but block the enemy from being able to attack your own units(broodlords mainly) but infestor as well making your most expensive units nearly impossible to attack... Protoss and Terran in all of these aspects are completely SCREWED, though at least toss get shield batteries and recall. Though Terran do have scan, but not nearly as good as free creep tumors which give vision AND impede enemy forces(free buildings) distracting all attacking units.

Zerg is so strong in late game. TY is top terran and win one of the games because of Dark being uncarefull. Blizzard needs to fix the game, I feel it is broken on perpous in order to make Serral so strong and make it popular for not korrean.

How is the fact that TY is a top Terran an argument? Dark is literally the highest ranked player in Korea, so it would be an upset it TY won. Also I'm kinda sick of people blaming the zerg's mistakes if the Terran wins, but blaming the balance when he loses. There are thousands of decisions that the players go through in each game, and it is these decisions that finally lead to the outcome of the game. I get where you're coming from, it can get a bit frustrating now that a lot of Zergs are dominating, but Starcraft is just way too difficult and complex to simply blame the balance. Games are still almost exclusively decided by skill.

How can you stop a flood of Marines with Siege Tank support and no Banelling Nest? Dark LOST his Banelling nest from TY's assault. When his Banelling Nest finished, he would already die from TY's next push because there is little time Dark can morph Banelling to counter TY in time. Keep in mind, we have the information as spectator but they aren't. The reason you think it is suspicious because you see the status bar, but those players don't have any of the opposing. Dark would never know TY's real SCV count even though he busted him with Banelling. Also, TY is famous for making TOO MANY SCVs. Dark would think that even if he killed so many SCVs, TY should have enough left. Combining with losing banelling tech, down on base, not aware of TY's economy, and in thought of losing by the next push, Dark better tap out. We know, but they don't. You can't judge them by that.

Our favorite casting archon have burnt out years ago, the casts are basically one of them making jokes and the other laughing at them. I completely understand. But lately they also lost the ability to read the games to any extent at all; they misjudge every fight and misread state of every game (when they actually bother to pay any attention to it). Not sure what's going on, but I hope they have a plan B.
