How many watts are they each. in some Vehicles when you replace bulbs with LEDs. The body control module might set a code due to the fact that they may be drawing too much or too little amperage. For those that don't know the body control module controls things as blinkers interior lights exterior lights windows. 12-volt accessory socket USB charging socket and a host of other things depending on vehicles and manufacturer

The measured current draw of the original incandescent bulb is 1.7 amp. The LED bulb draws 700 mA. Much less current draw and no issue with BCM.

I use two sources. One is the car's owners manual. The other is Philips bulb search website. Once I know what bulb size to use, then I check Amazon to see what LED light is available. www.philipsautolighting.com/ajax_select.php

Yes - I received mine and the plastic dome at the top easily falls off. The threads for the metal surrounding is weak. I was able to bend it into shape and make it grip to stay, though I suggest going with a different brand of bulb if considering purchasing.

Why is the left LED light so much brighter than the right LED light you replaced.... and honestly, who really cares whether backup lights are bright or not, this is pretty goofy.
