You should do tutorials on how you grow your peppers.. in in Sahuarita and it's not easy to find people growing peppers here... even if peppers love the heat, sometimes it gets too hot

It gets up to 118 in the summer time here where I am. Humidity is normally very very low as well. What I would suggest is shade around 11 or 12:00 p.m. with a wall, or Shde cloth all day for when the heat rises above around 100 fahrenheit or so, maybe 105. If plants are still struggling in midsummer, you could do a misting system on a timer that you can buy off Amazon. They're certain timers that come on during intervals. So say a timer that comes on for 3 minutes to mist every 15 to 20 minutes or so. just to let you know my peppers did survive last summer 116 on several days with just shade at 12 noon and no misting. Again we have very very low humidity here cuz it's a desert in Phoenix Arizona. Also one other thing is to get your transplants out as early as possible so their roots can develop before the heat kicks in. This is very important. Another thing is to mulch at least 6 in or more so that the mulch is hot but your soil is cool for the roots
