What a good build I built up a 2020 te 300i I went a little more crazy the only thing I haven’t done is the suspension. I’m going with Kreft so I can use it on the track once in a while thanks from a loyal customer 😊

Nice bike build but whose honestly wearing out a shifter, brake pedal tip, kickstand and a chain and sprockets in a couple of months? Come up with something else to say or just say you wanted to replace them for the bling factor.

Its not that unlikely to wear out chain, sprockets, brake pedal tip and shifter in 50 hrs. Especially if you perhaps bend the shifter a bit and deform the brake pedal tip.

The bike is amazing out of the box - but love the bits you've added but would be afraid to scratch it up! I went for the carbed version just to save a few bucks but the injected would be amazing.. maybe my next bike once they're proven to be reliable long term.

Chance; At the end of this video, you consider the foot pegs one of the best. I have a 2018 TE250 with quite a bit done to it. IMHO, I disagree with the value of the stock foot pegs. I found that they flexed too much (I like the feeling of standing on concrete). I put on a set of the Tusk aluminum pegs from your store and like them much better. Give them a try!

I like to see these builds you´re doing, even though I don´t have a TE 300. I enjoy to see what's possible with aftermarket parts. So to answer the question if it is too much, I'd say for a demo bike like this it is not too much. The bike looks awesome. Would I put all these parts on my bike? Certainly not, but, again, it's nice to see what's possible. What I'd like to see is more variety of the brands for the parts. There's a lot of Tusk, Billet, Rekluse in this and the other videos. I know these are the brands you're selling and they are good and reliable, but for a demo bike you could give some other brands a chance also. I also really enjoyed the timelaps sequences during the build. Great video. Thank you for doing this.

I'm interested in knowing what the typical hour run has averaged sofar before a TPI engine rebuild. The primary purpose of TPI is lean-burn technology forced upon us by the EPA (law of physics is not too kind with running 2 strokes with too little lubrication), so I am curious how long the piston, rings, and bottom end will last compared to the carbed motors. On the non-adjustable power valve, its to maintain the proper calibration and balance for the TPI system without upsetting it.

Oddworld300 I went with the JD Jetting Power Surge on my 300 TPI for $259. Luckily I bought before ai picked up bike as mine was super lean also! This also allowed me to richen up after installing Red PV spring and turning dolly screw out about 3/4 turn and after adding KTM FMF Fatty after putting a hole in stock pipe. Soooo much more powerful now!!!!

It's hard to say. It would have to depend on the type of rider you are. If you are a racer and keep the bike in the higher revs a lot, then the 250 has more punch up top. However, if you are looking for log hops, rock beds and some slower technical riding... the 300 has the power and grunt you would love! - Chance

Hardly a review. Just yet another typical American ‘review’ where all you do is change the exact same stuff as every other youruber. Get some imagination FFS. Half this crap isn’t needed. How about the performance of the bike, fuel consumption when trail riding all day, low end power, ergonomics, build quality?
@johnnyreb86
@johnnyreb86 5 жыл бұрын
jameswhite007lurchio build quality is fantastic, fuel consumption for me has been between 35-45 mpg (us), low end power is great. You can lug it down to a crawl and it won’t die. It doesn’t quite have the throttle response of a 4 stroke when your lugging it in the technical sections but it’s works, just a little different technique.

Come on guys, we all love after market stuff but at least try to be convincing. You wore a steel sprocket, shift lever and brake lever on a 2019 model where the frame and the bike it self has no visible wear signs. Also stick to pushing the expensive rekluse for the 4 strokes. No one needs one on a 2 stroke unless your a back marker.
@rmatvmc
@rmatvmc 5 жыл бұрын
We just show most of the parts that are available to give you the option of seeing everything and picking what accessories work for you. But with a bigger 2-stroke being ridden in the mountains and singletrack the Rekluse was the perfect set up for this bike!

Typical american approach / spend money for useless stuff. Some parts off course are useful, but the overall CAPEX is a lot - while the guy just mentions "a couple small extras". This is not small - in overall this is a couple of thousand dollars...almost half price of the bike...
