Even taking cost of living into account, an Australian would have more money in the pocket compared to an Indonesian for example. As such, the Indonesian would barely have enough to buy an Mux or Fortuner or Everest.....but the Australian has more money and can choose a higher level of vehicle like Land Cruiser or Highlander/Kluger or Patrol V8.....or even a Japan-made X-trail
