A car like this more than likely has an electronic lift system, the most 3-5 inches probably, if it's hydraulic it could be up to 6-8" clearance. I can imagine when the car is turned off it sits this low to the ground, but when the car is moving on the road it makes more sense that it would be automatically lifted somewhat.
