I just bought this car yesterday, and I thought the video was helpful. The only negative I see concerning this video is that her comments assume that older consumers may not be as tech savvy as younger ones. This happens a lot in advertising. I'm 66 years old and have been using high tech devices of all kinds professionally since 1984 when Macs were first introduced. I think a lot of older consumers are more tech savvy than most think.

Definitely debatable. I'm a gen X'er and even my generation has some that are not as tech savvy that are on the border of being and X or Boomer. I've done tech support and some people in their 70s are sharp as a new knife. I've had some Millennials that I knew more about basic computer stuff. I think it's crazy if a Millennial is not tech savvy. You need to be as it's only going to be more and more tech out there. What she did do in this video is raise caution. Maybe a tad too much slowing down her talking pace, and assuming that older people may have an issue. All new cars have tech that is similar now. She does mention that too, and was just being honest. Though, older people may as well not buy a new car of any type then if this car may not be a good option...lol Also it's good for older people to try to learn new things as it keeps the mind healthy. Also gives confidence. A 70 year old today in general is not a 70 year old back in the 1970s and 80s. Generations are thinking younger because of tech and trend.

@@drivecfl Agreed, I think sometimes people think of the stereotype of a grandma or grandpa of the 70s which may be true for some people today but certainly not everyone. Even my 82-year old aunt is a whiz on her iPad and Windows OS computer.

Why does every reviewer always reference golf bags when pointing out trunk space in a car? The vast majority of car buyers don't play golf, so that's not a valid reference point. Also, I test drove one of these recently, Naomi. There's a lot to like about the A-class, but I found the wind noise to be excessive. You wouldn't expect that in a Merc.
