I'm an owner of CLS 53AMG, the comfort mode is very harsh, but then again it is a sports sedan/coupe and it runs on 20inch wheels. I wish in my case it would be more softer but that is the price to pay for a performance car.

I drove the cls450 in canada , its very comfy in comfort mode i think the model you drove didn't have air matic drive . By the way the engine is different than the c43 , this is an inline 6 with eq boost but the c43 is a v6 with no eq . Totaly different powertrains . Cheers .

Its actually the opposite. The a class have the front look of cl series to increase the appeal of the a class. But yes you're right an entry level and a high end luxury model has almost the same front, what for.

No it's not....The current C43 runs on 3.0L BiTurbo V6 while the CLS450 runs on 3.0L turbocharged inline 6 with 12volt EQ boost.

Yupe. This is L6 and the C43 is V6. L6 engines are cheaper to produce, heavier and supposedly smoother. But to be honest, I cant tell much difference since Mercedes pumps in fake noise for their cars
