Good game well played. I think the matchup highly favored the winner. Having said that, Izzet Phoenix was going to have a very difficult matchup against the Mono-Blue tempo deck that it would have to face in the finals regardless. All in all I'm glad that magic is putting more power in the Standard format as it has been quite tame the past few years. Cards like Wizards' Retort (essentially counterspell) are extremely refreshing to see. Keep it up Wizards. You're on a roll.
