Two of my fav players - - as a control player yellowhat is a legend, and Lee is hilarious, and amazing player as it is too. Found him here for this PT and from a podcast

Kevin missed his Sheoldred trigger on the Spelunking draw! Sean would have been at twenty-five health instead of twenty-seven, which would have made zero difference whatsoever.

Commentators barely talk about the game. I'd rather hear the players more

I appreciate all the hard work but I will say the commentary is not where I think it should be. Maybe there isn't a big market for Magic commentary, because it sounds like the two people are having a good time, but they certainly don't sound like they commentate as a profession.

A bit of cacophony during the judge call. As much as i love Cedric and Riley, I feel they should have let the judge call resolve before giving commentary.

Kibler is doing the defenition of aging well. If he continues with this trajectory, he will be unstoppable.

No commentators would've been better than these two. Can't hear what the players are saying at the table, they're not talking about the game and just rambling on and on.

Hoping that we can continue getting these uploads for future PTs and large-scale streamed events. These videos are proving immensely helpful for me and my teammates as we prepare for the Dallas RC this month. Even if it’s just top 8, please don’t make this a one-off thing for this specific event.

Not running a single Rest in Peace in main or side board in this standard format is something I’ll never be able to let slide. That’s literally just a terrible call all together.

I'm sad that Jason decided to mainphase the Cut Down in game 1 to play around Knight-Errant. It would have been cool to see them stabilize at 1 life if they cut down the Recruiter instead (which wasn't that unlikely to happen if they found a Rutstein) Also game 2 was so close actually, Takumi was almost about to die!
@Jason-tm5z
@Jason-tm5z 4 күн бұрын
I think I sadly didn't have a good enough hand to stabilize from 1 game 1, but it would've been cool - of course I was mainphasing to play around Knight-Errant, I think I die enough to Recruiter that it's not worth playing around that one. And yeah a couple better flips from Inti game 2 and I would've been able to win.
@Kakalakken
@Kakalakken 4 күн бұрын
He had 4 creatures though, so it doesn't take much from the Knight-Errant. But might still be worth just taking 1 damage vs no Errant to stop one mana if they do have Errant, depending on your hand

On the Pro Tour they mark the cards in the draft beforehand to make it easy to check if you didn't sneak any cards from your collection into the draft.
