No issues. We actually love the tool and its our go to tool to use. We dont really call the support that often but never had any issues. I would recommend the tool if someone asked.

@@joachimjohan1215Yes. That is all we use it for but we have many years of experience so do not need to call support other than to ask if the tool is capable of programming for a vehicle.

I am using an X100 Pad2, I have had it for more than 3 years and using it at least 10 times a week. For the most part, this machine does almost all the Asian and American vehicles. I do not use it for European cars. The biggest issue I have with this PAD2 is the battery (I heard it is a common problem). It does not hold a charge, I replaced the battery 2 times and it still does the same thing. Every time I use it I have to plug it into the ODB wait for the battery to be charged first before I can turn on the machine. It takes only a few minutes but when you have a shop full of people you will feel like an hour of waiting. I just don't like that. So if you are thinking about buying this machine from China, remember to contact the seller first, ask them to charge the unit to be sure it holds a charge, wait for a few days to be sure before shipping it.

For vehicle coverage you can ask the manufacturer. Pin codes are required for some vehicles but not all.

@AutoProPAD Programmer thanks for replying me back I've used 12+8 cable to add start push button for dodge challenger 2019 today i 1st went with the process that i had to delete the keys witch was tow keys in the system then tried to program the 5 button couldn't program the key whil i deleted the original twice i delete and reprogrammed it again 1st try. Do you know any salutation to that why? I've even checked the inside battery including the frequency.

@@LockMaven hy thanking you again. And your absolute right it was my mistake as hes key had only 4 buttons and I tried to add the 5 to have 1 extra button starting the vehicle.! I actually love to find out 2 things. 1st how can you know the car take other remot like they have added key to nissan altima 2017 SV and made the car started via 1 of the remot button, i don't know what you call it in English sorry i hope you understood. 2nd can this proses work with a used key or the key have to be wiped out. I'll be appreciated.

Using a key that is not for the car is something you wouldnt know if it will work but for most vehicles the key must be blank and if its refurbished use a good source as keys are not meant to be unlocked and dont always work properly after

@@LockMaven yes i believe so but they also wipe keys via different programer like the basic CN 900 I've cleaned and reused land cruiser keys 08 - 13. do you have any great links so i can register and get help as I'm a new starter trying to make some legit money here and there.

If you are based in Europe or Asia, ask the manufacturer (Xtool) and it can do the vehicles that do not need a pincode but you need to have experience with what you are doing. I would not get this for European vehicles but it does a phenomenal Job in the US market. I would recommend this tool!
