I just got my Altima SL, bought it only reason being pro pilot assist. The day I got to know about it, I had a feeling it would be an awesome feature and sure enough it is. Now I am addicted to it. Its like a rewarding system when the pro pilot kicks in and takes up the driving on your behalf :) Also the complete stop and hold while in cruise is such an awesome feature. This is such a fun car at an affordable price. Should be the number 1 in its kind.

@@cution97 It continues to be a comfortable driving experience. No fatigue, sit back relax and enjoy. But yes, you need to be attentive to anticipate any sudden changes and take manual control.

@@awaisakram8573 Its amazing. Highlights are ProPilot assist and Bose Audio system. I don’t feel the stress of highway driving anymore as the car drives it self while I enjoy chest thumping music at high volume. Its a total party space in your car 😀.

I’ve sold chevrolet, Cadillac and Nissan and I gotta say the pro pilot in the Nissan is hands down the best. It really blew me away how well it works especially at that price point.

This kind of a feature is a blessing indeed. I just have the adaptive in my 2017 Maxima and that itself helps so much. I am sure the pro pilot feature will be all the more fun.

I had it on a rental and I thought I was crazy when I tuned on the cruise control. I used it on a trip I like it but it tired me out.

Very helpful video. On the road demonstration was an added plus. Question…when the car slows down are the brakes being applied automatically or is engine braking slowing the car? Also….As the car slows down automatically do the rear brake lights go on? Thanks in advance.

I've just discovered pro pilot here in the UK. It might have been here for a few years; but only just discovered it. Not bad for a Nissan Juke SUV for £20k....possibly less with some dealer discounts. Great aid for long trips. Play time :-)

How is the noise isolation from the outside driving on a highway?

Its very quiet. I was on the highway at 85mph and I barely heard anything. No engine noise. Very light wind noise and low road noise on the SL I have. Not sure about the s model. Im not sure if they use a different thickness for the glass or the road noise on the sr 19 inch wheels or platinum with 19 inch. The sv and sl have 17 inch wheels

No it doesn't change lanes by itself. When you signal it will speed up automatically as soon as you put the signal on so you're not wasting time while merging into the next lane.
