Nice to see a Canadian video for the Qashqai, hard to find. I like this or the Kona, but at the SV level this looks pretty good. Android Auto for my maps, Sirius XM availability, even a CD player which is good to have (still play them here and there despite all my Bluetooth music). I like how the screen integrates into the dash. Is there a spare tire? And how is the acceleration and passing on the highway? 141 HP used to be seen as pretty good. I see a lot of Gen X and late boomers (my age group) driving this car, looks good. Subscribing.

Hey Ronald thanks for the comments... Glad you r happy with the review. This one does come with a spare tire. I missed showing it in the video. The passing is pretty good. As it does not feel heavy like the Rogue. Also has sport mode for those tough passes

I wish this came with a more powerful engine. Also a bigger arm rest. Last I really think that Nissan should have phone Qi charging mat where the phone sits. Great video 👍

Couldn't agree more with you the Qashqai feels a bit under powered. Nissan has yet to put the wireless charging into their vehicles. Something the need to add

I own a 2018, I really don't find that it is underpowered. I use it to drive to work and back, I don't use it for racing. As for passing power, I find it perfectly fine.

@@Kered-9 glad you are enjoying it . It is similar to the rogue where if you are buy urself the power is fine however with a full car it feels sluggish
@Kered-95 жыл бұрын
@@carsunlocked That is probably true. Most of the time it is myself and one other person. My biggest complaint is the cargo space, I think the Kicks actually has more space in the trunk
@stevebrule47425 жыл бұрын
J Silver Although I believe my 2018 Altima has a slightly more powerful engine at 2.5 L. Everyone said that it would be sluggish because of the CVT but like you said I didn’t buy an Altima for a race car. I live in Downtown Chicago so it’s basically to work and back maybe go out a couple times a week. It is very peppy and extremely comfortable. It goes fast when I need it too and the gas mileage is superb. So many people are hating on Nissan but the fact is in the sales number. I would have paid about $8,000 more for the Camry and $7000 more for the Accord. All three have CVT engines and they all suffer a bit. But Nissan worked with me on the price and I was able to get $4000 cash back. Just in time for the holidays.
@mohammadF6405 жыл бұрын
just want to ask about the CVT gear, too many people in my country (Saudi Arabia) are reporting the CVT needing to be replaced after 100k kilometer is it still the same with this model?? also the the sound of the transmission being very loud.
