Nobody noticed Highlifter introduced a new tire on the Ranger... Its a different tread design than the beafy wrap around lug of the original outlaw2 and it has no slit in the lug either.

Question: when you say "they got rid of the reverse chain and now it is a reverse gear", was this an improvement only to the '19 HL or was it an improvement to the '18 Ranger model?

It was done only to the 2019 highlifter. Verified from the engineers at polaris. Watch rzr lyfs video of the testing day with polaris at HL park.

I wish I'd known y'all were there I'd loved to have drove up there and met with y'all, Scott and his crew are great people. I was up there in Shreveport one at a Drs office and didn't get out in time, but I went over to the store and it 5:15pm and all sales people were gone but the storeroom guys were unloading a truck and they helped me get the belt I needed as though it was a call in but was able to pick it up while I was there. Love doing business with Scott and the HighLifter crew.

Why doesn't Polaris put winches on the rear of the Highlifter Ranger, Rzr ,or Sportsman ?

I got a two inch hitch receiver mounted on the front, I just use a plate that has a winch mounted right on with Eazy disconnect it's the best

I have a 2018 Rzr highlifter it already has a winch on front and in the rear it has a 2" receiver but it is way to low for a winch. When I'm in the mud it is usually buried a couple feet under the mud. I need a winch about taillight height or at least right below the taillight. And if this is really Tosh.O I watch your show religiously. Love it! If it is not the real Tosh.O you should be ashamed of yourself and burn in hell! To know it's real you you could mention me in your show. 👍😎😃❣

Shaun w I have one if you put normal tires on it, it rides great on sand rocks and still good in mud

Sean Ponce sad to tell you no I've never seen that happen there or heard of it either. But anyone can go out there and ride after paying the gate fee at the HighLifter office in town. If I remember there is quite a bit of land to ride on and always mud.

Why the hell didn't they use the Outlaw 3s instead of the 2s. I love the 2s but since it's an "up to date" machine you figure they would use their newest product.

Dont get me wrong the 2s are an amazing tire and one of the best but if they claim it's the "best of the best" or the "newest of the new" why wouldn't you use your newest tire. It would be the proper thing to do to advertise your new tire. This leads me to believe they don't think the 3s are great tires or not confident in them.

@@moose1164 good point. My thought is maybe with the 2's being older maybe there is a larger stockpile of them already produced to throw on the machines, plus older usually equals less expensive... But that's all only speculation. Either way, it seems odd they wouldn't put the newest tire on this beast.

@@NavigateOffroad yeah very good point. That could be it. Who really knows. It could have also be in production before the 3s came out as well so they built it with 2s in mind. I know the 2s are still very popular. It's my favorite tire but I haven't tried the 3s yet. I hear very good things though. All in all I'm sure this machine is top notch regardless of what tire is under it.

My thoughts exactly. Both seem like great machines. But if I had to pick one...I would probably lean towards the XMR. If they did a General Highlifter though.....ooooh man.
