I don’t get this boat…. If you want a rugged looking offshore rig why not bass straight, edencraft, coota etc… or if a 21 degree deadline boat a Haines, north bank, etc…? Not being critical just trying to understand its niche?

Agree, I think calling it anything to do with the Formula name is a BIG ask and BIG mistake upon Haines Hunter. I like Haines Hunter boats. I've owned a couple myself. Why not just call them the OS (Off Shore) model or something.. I could probably deal with the shallow deadrise. The carolina flare would be great in a following sea, but that bow entry looks ridiculously blunt and inadequate for an off shore performer for my liking. I doubt that their acclaimed design from an "off shore racing hull" is correct either.
