So you used the bigger bolt and washer because you couldn’t figure out how to drill the inside of the trunk bigger to fit the smaller bolt into the hole?

You said the color didn't match exactly. When you sent it to the shop, did you give them the exact paint code for your car? I noticed you still have the WRX lip still installed. Is there any rubbing between the STi Wing and the lip?

Sigh this isn't OEM, it requires 6 holes per side. This is OLM / subispeed.

right? I was thinking the same thing. I have a real OEM wing (with 6 holes) and I'm trying to figure out how to install it /shrug

Does the 3M tape stop the water getting in?

It does but I’ll recommend to put some silicone around the wholes ounce you finally going to install it, so to make sure water doesn’t go inside the trunk

My opinion only . Not necessarily to show the whole car if you doing only the wing. If we do the whole car then we need to show up the whole car right?
