2019 TF - CIF-ss Masters - Shot Put (Men)

Here is one of the two Big Man events in high school track & field - Shot Put. Six chances here at the Southern Section Masters to meet the at-large qualifying standard for the California State meet a week later. Nine guys end up making it. At State, eight of the 12 athletes in the Final are Southern Section guys. The Masters meet was held at El Camino College in Torrance, CA on May 18, 2019. The Masters meet brings together the top athletes from all four Southern Section divisions in competition to determine qualifiers for the California state championships meet.
