I regret putting coils on mine. It looks hella nice and I feel cool driving it, but I'm scraping everywhere, so I kept raising it everytime I went out of town. Now it's staying at a pretty tall height. The back is still low cus I'm not trying to take everything off again.. I'm always concious of the ride quality for my passengers, especially in the back seats. Nice if you're a yolo dude..but I shoulda kept it stock, eliminates all the stress lol

the best option for you is to replace the struts/shocks only, not the whole kit, 90% aftermarket springs make cars more sporty for handling, not aming for comfort.

Is that how you adjust the rear? By taking out the divorced strut ? I’m tryna adjust the rear on my Audi and don’t know how lol same brand coils too except I know the rears are installed upside down lmao

Yeah you’d need to take it out for the rear. Rears are a pain in the butt. I didn’t even adjust dampening for the rears because it’s a pain

@@RWarrior777 yes they’re comfortable. I’d say set the dampening to pretty stiff. I like a harder ride versus the soft ride. But I’ve road tripped on coilovers before and they’re so nice!

Do you know what the max and min drop is on these? their website doesn’t state this

The max was about a 2.5-3 inch drop if i had to assume. I’m not even too sure about how many inches it dropped. I had about 1 finger gap with them maxed out. But if you wanted them to go lower you can actually replace the springs it came with to slam the shit out of the car! Lol

is the process exactly the same for LE models?

That I’m not too sure. I know the LE has different struts that’s for sure so it might be slightly different

No but you could change the springs out for a shorter one and make it lower

How's the handling now compared to stock? Never ran coils before. Is it still bouncy?

Handling is wayyy better imo. My uncle set the dampening pretty good. Rears are def more bouncy than the fronts. Fronts are set to how i like it. Rears can def use some adjustment

@@krisnguyen1622 That's great. I'm on stock XSE suspension and going over dips on the road at anything more than 70 the bottom of the car scrapes on the road 🤦 did you compare these with Tien coilovers? Price wise they're similar.

they are alright tbh- i think if you wanted to change the springs for better spring rates itll def be better. i switched to airlift now.
