2019 Toyota Rav 4 mudflaps installation,

Installation of aftermarket mudflaps for my 2019 Toyota Rav4. I purchased these off Ebay for 29$ with all hardware included. Great like OEM same quality and it was easy to install. I just don't like to have mud on my doors and dirt,also mudguards protect your car form small rocks hitting side of your door. I went with aftermarket and it worked great, its stupid to pay 80$ some plastic.

Yeah man glad I can help out. When you buy these mudflaps, make sure they come with all the extra screws and plastic clips. I bought these on Ebay for 39$ with shipping.

did you drill a hole to put the clip with the screw in 11:40 part. did you just took out the circle plastic part?

yeah why is it in US you have to buy your own mud guard either from the dealership or aftermarket. In our country Canada, that is standard in every vehicle you buy in any dealership. Imagine, buying a brand new car without a mud guard? too much business in the US

I'm in Canada, and I just bought a 2019 Rav4 a few weeks ago. I just ran outside to look at the car. And I do have mudflaps as well. I got really confused during this video lol. I didn't know the US doesn't come with mudflap :/

Where you are putting the screws my rav4 has these plastic type plugs you used on the top and bottom so surly I just uses them as my Toyota mud flaps came with no screws

I used this small metal bracket that clip on and screw in screw. Look at time 11:48 you will see that metal clip that I'm talking about.

I'm having some trouble installing the back flaps with the cartrimhome link provided. There's only room for one screw underneath, which isn't enough to secure the rear flaps. Any suggestions?

How much do mud flaps affect the 65mph - 80mph highway gas mileage? They seem to stick out pretty far into the slipstream.

The truth.. how is the Rav4..do you recommend

My model was made in Japan, I have no problems with it. Honestly the first thing I noticed is how transmission shifts at low speeds when you go from the stop sign,I did not like it at first,its jerkyand not smooth,you have to be gentle on the accelerator. Well than its all normal your Rav4 unjust to your driving. Engine is little louder when accelerating,my model does not have engine hood cover/shield. I dont like small interior stuff,things like no illuminated lights for window switches and overhead interior lights. Toyota cheaper out on small things. Overall I love this Rav4 for its design,safety tec,super good on gas and its Japanese, my model is XLE Front wheel drive.. My wife wants to sell her Venza 2015 and buy same Rav4 like mine 2019 XLE... I bought mine brand new 25500$ in Nebraska,here in IL it went for over 27500$... If you find good deal for 24500$ no more than 2500$ buy it

well its good idea to remove the wheel,but I used ratchet and placed screwdriver bit in it. I was lazy to remove the wheel,but it worked.
