The best way to compete against a friend in competition is to do your best and don't hold back, that shows the respect you have for each other. And when it falls to one of you to win it's well deserved so the friendship continues afterwards.

I grew up watching Monticello, and Holman. I don't get too excited about "No Thumb" Bowling, but I don't hate them. It takes great skill, to keep your game up, bowling without a thumb. So, Congratulations Belmo, you definitely deserve all the Fame and Accolades, you have earned over your career! No doubt, there is so much more waiting for you, my friend!

Thanks for saying that i am a two handed no thumb bowler and i have had people talk crap to me online you know stupid things how it takes no skill or whatever i usually just tune them out but i have gotten some hate for it at my local bowling alley from people who dont think that two handers belong in bowling or that i somehow have it easier, so i am glad to see that people are starting to come around on this two handed bowling thing.

So I just recently picked up bowling (used to when I was like 12-13), I use 2 fingers but not the 2 hand style. Best game I bowled so far was a 203 then decided to try using my thumb on one of my strike balls, ended up barely hitting 100 and couldn’t hook the ball to save my life
@wetzel24112 жыл бұрын
@@KimJongSpoon_ but you know what’s awesome, Pete Webber made a comment about 2 handed bowlers and said “they are bowling the same rules as one handers”, so I mean if a legend like that HS no problem fuck everyone else hahah

@@wetzel2411 Yeah, some people really have trouble getting the same rev rate while using their thumb. Control definitely can suffer from trying to do so. Nowadays, I say whatever works for you best.

You gotta love Randy Petersen for trying. PBA players are great spare-shooters lol it seems more like it to me they strike so much that when it comes time to spare they have a hard time remembering was it with or without a thumb? What the hell I'll give it a go

I really do like Tackett's game, out of the younger cat's these days. Though Andersson has a great game, as well! E.J. sometimes will get a little too fast, and pulls some of his shots.

@@joellee2748 I bowl collegiately on our school's varsity team, we bowl on lower ratio and lighter shit basically every tournament. I can in fact imagine it because I do it for our tournaments. My point is the commentary just isn't accurate at all to reality. They could make it waaaaaaaaaaaaay harder if they wanted to, but strikes get ratings.
