why should it be only girls , even men , boys look up to her as a role model .. i for one find Gwynne as an inspiration who espouses the classic traits of hardwork and smartness of an Engineer and the acumen of a successful business head. All put together i guess she is by far the best role model that every human aspiring for greatness should find inspiration from.

Never regretted getting into mechanical engineering in the Automotive and related industry's. And engineering in general, they are lucky they have a CEO that actually understands what the employees are talking about in the engineering and aerospace fields.

yeah, i mean, I do believe employees dont last much longer then 10 years because its very hard work. but theyre working hard doing their dream jobs. you dont work for spacex when you are not absolutely devoted to the cause. this is mainly why the people who work at spacex are so young compared to other companies, theyre dreamers.
