Thank you for talking about Files on demand. I have an older laptop with only 320 g and I have many files on OneDrive for Business. That sounds like the answer. And yes, I need to be online but that is not an issue. Thank you. I knew you could help

Wonderful video. Once the email is deleted, does the attached files go with it and would you then not see it in Delve or Shared Files any longer? If you archive the email, would the attached files still be accessible?

What if I am the administrator and have given all the rights to myself in OneDrive in terms of sharing files and folders with anyone outside the organisation. In all cases, what I have observed is, even I have shared editable file/ folder link with someone I know; they are not able to view that in their OneDrive "shared with me" folders and files. Every time they need to click the link and then open that in browser; which is working fine. In such case, it becomes an herculean task, managing on different links that have been shared with them. What's the solution to this? Additionally, the link that goes to the recipient, mentions the complete path of my organisation and my own name; which is kind of embarassing as well as becomes too long. Any way around this, which you can advise!
