I keep my ammo in boxes I just buy more ammo crates when they are full.

I to do the same thing, in my experience it's better to keep them in the factory boxes.

Yep same, except with 22lr I keep one 30 cal can full of loose 22 because keeping them in the bulk box’s I can only get 2,000 rounds in but loose I can get a little over 3,000. That can doesn’t get opened or touched that’s strictly SHTF ammo. I have a few 50 cal cans for 22 that I keep in the boxes for my range ammo/SHTF ammo if the need or time would come. I like to keep at the very least 5,000 rounds of 22 at all times. All my other ammo is as organized as possible to optimize the space inside and fmjs per caliber are stored in a can and hollows in another all labeled as such so it’s extremely easy to see what’s what. It’s a good idea to dedicate one 50 cal can for some of all or your “battle calibers” just in case you’d need to bug out quick you’d at least have some ammo for those main guns you were able to bring with you

You got the in working at academy.. you should have more and better ammo then most people on line. I do the same thing. I buy rounds for guns I’m planning on getting so I’m ready to go when I do get them.

those mft mags are junk i dont even put 30 rnds in the ones i got n you can bump it or pinch the sides n the round come out in a stream!!! just my opinion !!! nice stash!!!
