@@QuickShifts OK So I’m Assuming That Display Became Standard In 2020, Not 2021. Correct ? I Always Thought It Was The 2021s With Those New Displays. Even Better

@@khaleedsingleton937 I believe that is right. Since the 2020 came out in 2019, that seems like it’s right. I think X5 got it in 2019 series first.

Great video. thanks for all the info. I have owned 7 BMWs, currently 650i gran coupe M series. Its a gas guzzler. I am not a race car driver so I need to trade it in. Time to go shopping for possibly one of these, thanks

we only had it as a loaner for a short time but we appreciated it for what it was. I don’t think you would regret a well maintained example of it. it was a solid sedan and can be had for a decent price used.

I Get Confused At Times Because Some 5 Series Come With The Older Digital Display (The Two Digital Circles For Your Speedometer & RPMS) But This Vehicle In The Video Had The 2021 Modernized Digital Display. Is There An Option To Get The Newer Display Or Something ?

No, the newer display is standard in the 5 series. There is no option for the older display.

You can upgrade with the 6WB cluster. I upgraded my 2018 530i.

Good question. I don’t know the answer but I haven’t seen a flood of negative news or memes about them. These aren’t generally purchased and then beat on. I wouldn’t be afraid to shop them second hand because of that.

Yeap, there are quite a few CPO available for a reasonable price. What other make/models would you recommend to look at? I’m thinking a 3-4 year old.

@@mike_ddd hard to answer that. Depends on your personal preferences, how much you want to spend and how much you like to do your own work. If you want easy, get a Toyota. 🤣😉

Yeah, it’s not for everyone. It’s a car I normally don’t care about, yet I was more impressed with it then I thought I would be.
