2021 BMW 530i Xdrive: Is The 5 Series Sedan Still A Champ?

This week I drove the 2021 BMW 530i. I think this one is a tough sell over the SUV's in BMW's lineup. With all the packages these can add up in cost and I think the 5 series will be one of the first sedans BMW lets go of on their line up.

Man...this is one of the BEST and Funniest Reviews I have watched...I currently have the 2019 530ix M Edition...(Silver interior)...But I saw the 2021 and now want one (USED though) in the market for one sometime in the next 6 months..Pray the Army sends me to a good location...lol; Also, LOVE the Done Shots...very smooth

Awesome video bro! I have a 535i but gonna get rid of it soon and lease a new 540. The 535 has the N55 and the B58 in the 540 is bulletproof . I would get it exactly how it is specced in this video, but some black rims and red calipers will finish the job

I do not believe so. I know a lot of owners do aftermarket charging pads so it doesn't seem like it's offered as part of the tech packages

Trust me, the seats in my 86 5 series were way more comfortable than they have now, and the manual was more fun. BMW lost business by taking away the manual and they could have had all Saabs business when it was sold, the heart of a car to man is in the seat and in the gears he is rolling. One thing is their 2.0 twin turbo is a nice little engine, I have one. But they are missing the boat selling cars to a younger gen that doesn't know the joy of a good 3 pedal car.

Doubt. The 5 series is their entrance for the bigger most loved M5 . The 4,5, and 8 series will always be around because how popular the M versions of them are. Well that's what I think.

HP is nothing crazy but it certainly feels more capable once you're behind the wheel. I was not crying for too much more, but I know coming from a 340i earlier in the day I noticed the difference for sure.

@@LJsGarage it’s nice I was driving my friends 535i xdrive it does feel like more kick then most cars around that hp but the luxury n smooth ride makes up for it
