Thats how your pistons look without a oil canister installed. Lt2s need oil canisters.

@floridahighperformance The insanity of design. The mfgs are intentionally making things difficult. The oil sending unit on my 07 Yukon about a 10 minute R&R. GM put a stop to that by simply adding a piece of plastic on the back side. Pulling off a front end on a Cooper just to get it into "Service mode." Or simply removing the front end for some blinker or headlights. Vs a couple screws on my 77 Nova.

@@NBC_NCO funny, when I first read your comment I figured you were referring to my methods of practice- figured it was just another hater trolling. I could not agree more with your reply- and feelings as a whole toward the industry. I’m worried- especially for the performance world. It’s getting harder and harder to do what we do- and do it well. Just wait until the EPA puts a real stop to it- then we have a problem.
