I didn't remove my shocks or A-Arms. I just moved the rear diff back a couple of inches and finessed the new rear drive shaft in.

I just removed the bolts holding the diff and shaft, rotate the diff and out she comes

I seen a washer in the end of the drive shaft inside the yoke going into the diff is there one going into the gear box ?

There should be a washer for each end

Question what was the issue with the driveshaft? Was it a noise problem lose or vibration?

The bolt came loose that held the shaft to the transmission and the slip joint had play in it, so I just replaced the whole thing

Kinda hard to put them in wrong, they just press in and a clip holds them in
