My son took his 2020 Dodge Challenger R/T 5.7L HEMI to get a Mid Muffler Delete at Mighty Muffler where I took my Shelby GT350 for a Resonator Delete.

Loved this video! Exactly what I needed to see. I'm trading in my 2019 Mustang GT 5.0 Premium in Kona Blue with muffler delete (which has been my dream car since I was a little girl) for a 2021 Dodge Challenger R/T Plus Shaker in Smoke Show this week. Gonna have to get the muffler delete on my new car too. Yours sounds awesome! Lovin' your dad's Shelby too! ;-) I don't know much about Dodge's so I've been researching. No, I wasn't looking to get rid of the Stang. The dealership contacted me wanting my car in a bad way and gave me an offer on the Challenger that I just couldn't refuse! You will love the Challenger! I picked up Dominic’s Challenger up today from the body shop and I am really impressed with it. It is a blast to drive it is comfortable and sounds amazing. I love my Shelby because it is so raw and different than anything I have driven but the Challenger is great for an everyday driver that you can have fun with. The only bummer is the shop replaced the entire exhaust system back to factory so we have to do the mid muffler delete again. Coming very soon. I put Magnaflow 10s and cut the resonators off on v6 and it was so loud. Now I have the RT and looking to do this asap. Maybe throw some quad tips on.

No drone at all Dominic drives back and for the from North Carolina to Delaware all the time and you wouldn’t even now you had it done. Now when you get on it you can tell the difference. It has an active exhaust so I think that might help a little. Do it, you will be very pleased. Thanks for watching

No it didn’t effect the active exhaust. You can still cruise with it bearable and when you get on it it will open up and scream.

Dominic said it is louder in sport mode. It does have active exhaust but doesn’t have a dedicated mode just for the exhaust.

No has no mechanical effect on the car. It is after the catalytic converters and O2 sensors so it won’t effect the emissions. Don’t be nervous the car will be fine and you will be pleased with the outcome. Please let me know when you do it and what you think👍. Do it!!!!!

Dominic is stationed in NC. You should be fine because all of the work is after the cats and o2 sensors and with having the muffins still intact it isn’t too loud

It’s just as deep but just louder

No I don’t think it does. It’s louder at the high RPM’s and doesn’t have that annoying raspiness that you hear on some cars. If you do a rear muffler delete I think you will get the raspiness.

No, it has a nice deep rumble at startup but it’s not overwhelming. And it sounds normal at highway speeds but when you get on it you wake up the beast. Do it you will not be disappointed!
