Hello, IM608 can do by OBD but if it requires a CAS update, I would recommend doing it on the bench

What was the purpose of programming the other key put in that work with the regular one?

For demonstration. The first key did not have an LED light on it. I programmed another one with an LED light to show that the LED light flashes during the procedure of key learning

Our 2005 Durango lost association with both factory keys after an extended car battery disconnect, and will not start. Is the KM100 able to reprogram the factory keys to the vehicle using this "All keys Lost" feature? Is there anything else needed besides the KM100?

Fobs don't lose programming. You probably figured this out since this is an old post. I get calls weekly to "reprogram" a fob a customer has wrongly diagnosed. Fobs can break and stop working but it's not a programming issue. It's usually something on the car side.

What’s the purpose of the BCI?

It's a VCI and it connects the OBD port from the car to the KM 100. In this case the 2011 cable is connected to the OBD port and the VCI is connected to the cable. The VCI allows the car to talk to the programmer. This one happens to be wireless but other programmers have a cable connected to the programmer and OBD port.
