This was so fun to watch. The weather, "changing even between shots." The blind trailer was great. Just wish there had been more video of competitors doing it. Also one request: can you include basic info on each shooter like you did in past years? Things like caliber, chassis, barrel, scope, and maybe whether ammo was hand loads or factory. I think that would make viewing even better. Thanks for putting these out.

Love to be capable of long range precision , I'm to old to get out much anymore but wish they had some of this equipment year's ago . I hunted and shot a Tikka tactical custom chambered for 260 Remington , short heavy barrel but deadly , also bought a basic Remington 788 carbine in 1980 chambered in 260 Remington ! Tikka $3000 , old 788 $129 , but that $129 Remington will still touch bullet's @200 and by no means takes a back seat to any newer rifle I've ever had ..nice work keep delivering that lead !

if you dont mind. how short and how fast was it? im a big fan of short guns but i do notice less hydroshok on deer. cheers from scotland.

@@bruceholinight7978 cheers. I currently shoot a 16" 243 and it's good but you notice the difrence. 105's at 2700 ish. And my 6.5wssm 17" shoots 130's at about 2600

Ugh, everyone is shooting the same gun at these matches - a 6.5 creedmoor in a [25lbs] aluminum chassis. :-/

Hassan Chop! Agreed. It essentially becomes a “spec” class with MPA chassis and 6mm creedmoor. Granted there is a “production class” and a “tactical class” but the $4,000 price cap is RIDICULOUS for Production class and should be lower to allow for classic hunting rifles to run against each other.

It’s all open class, but there are subclasses for top LE, woman, young gun, etc

Thank you guys for your answers ... it's a shame, it would have been nice to have a production or base class as they do at NRL22, so there would be more participants who don't have the money to invest in custom gear to get in and do a decent job.

Alf Ram a good shooter with a factory rifle will always outshoot a crap shooter with a custom gun..... come on out and shoot a match. You will see for yourself

Alf Ram honestly I don’t think it makes much of a difference. Gear is not what makes a good shooter a good shooter. We’ve seen in PRS that the “production” class doesn’t work. Pros shoot production rifles so they can get more trophies. Just come out and compete against yourself.
