I see this is a few years old, but i started in the enduros at Flat rock speedway in Michigan inthe mid 80s. 1/4 mile banked oval and there would be over 100 cars starting 3 abreast bumper to bumper. Ive done figure 8, demo derby ans atreet stock but the most fun i had was doing the enduros. At the time if your car died on the teack, it was left there and became an obstacle. Then around 90 or so they brought in a pusher ("jam" car) to shove you into the pits and keep it he track clear. It was more fun whem they just left them there.

Call me an old man but it looks weird seeing all these modern look-alike soap dish type cars doing this. Its way better with 40s all the way to 80s and some 90s muscle and square looking saloon type cars
