Even though I'm a Whelen fan I gotta say that this is an interesting setup! I like the synchronization of the grill lights at the beginning. I'm not a big fan of the unsynchronized patterns in the response mode, too much going on which makes it not as effective. Nice showcase and overall a cool truck!

What type of Kenwood radio replacement was used? And it is plug and play?

Not sure the model number. It came with a whole kit. You had to make the harness with the adapters.

Custom bracket in the front bumper. Sound off sign now has a grill bracket.

Wrong side for amber light. In countries where traffic is on the right side of the road, the visibility elements (amber light, triangle for slow moving vehicles) must be installed on the left side of the vehicle. It is not without reason. In conditions where the vehicle is less visible (after a curve to the right), the left side of the vehicle will be visible first. Moreover, the NFPA prescribes that the amber light must be placed on the left side.

The truck has amber in most of the modules in the back. So depending on the customer request the system can be reprogrammed.
