2020 Ford F-150 Sport Lariat FX4: Does This $62,000 Truck Compare To The Raptor???

Let me give you some advice about 6 months ago I purchased this exact same vehicle without the FX for package. I got it in lead foot it was a 2018 with 10000 miles on it, it has 4 by 4 and leather interior exactly like what you see the interior of this vehicle look Lake. The only thing that mine does not have is the tail gate remote option and the painted side mirrors. I paid 32000 for mine, 6 months ago, sticker price was 54000 do not buy a vehicle at sticker price if you can wait till the end of the year purchase it or purchase a good used one is my recommendation.

The biggest reason I buy new is warranty. 100,000 mile warranty on a new truck is $4,000 & a used truck the warranty is $6,000 for 30,000 miles. If you have cash to fix the truck then I agree but either way look at it from cost of ownership never look at it from sticker price.

The exhaust note is phoney and piped in through the entertainment system. I think it sounds great and I love it :-)

Important for UT. It's aluminum body. It will not rust like RAM or Chevy steel trucks with all the deicer in winter. I have 2015 Lariat still looks like new.

Just bought this truck same color. I have the panoramic roof but only reverse camera. Also no LED headlights. But I also have the max tow package & bed liner. Same MSRP so I lost some luxuries but traded for function.

I have a 2015 lariat, the only difference from this 2020 to mine is that this one has lane assist and parallel park. Oh and mine has a panoramic sunroof or moonroof what ever you wanna call it, this one doesn’t have it. Pretty much same truck. 5 years Not much difference.

marco Maldonado I had a 15 (501a lariat-now have 19 502A) 5 drive modes/sync 3 way better. Heated seats go on automatically if you had them on when you shut down vehicle last time/10 sp /ford pass app

5.0 6 speed with bed liner add a high quality leveling or lift kit and all terrain tires and your set. 10 speed having major problems, EcoBoost isn't good start/stopping in the city, you'll have to replace turbos. Interested in redesign powerplant, redone transmission and possible v8 raptor. Tremor package looks like a step in the right direction.

The raptor is completely different they don’t compare at all. The raptor has a completely different frame which is heavier duty also has has different mounts for the shocks. The lariat is just appearance the raptor is meant for high speed desert running.

One feature you didn't mention is that on the shifter is a drive mode button that you can select from normal, tow, snow, economy, and sport.. the sport is for off roading and makes the truck drive and sound more beefier..

Im guessing this is the case because you can fully load up a lariat like a higher trim level with stuff like the panel sunroof, power deploying steps, and all the technological features and engines that come standard with the platinum or king ranch.

I have a loaded lariat (FX4/deployable running boards). That is all you need. Extra $$ for King Ranch, Platinum or Limited isn’t worth it.

I like Ford. But I find the style of these trucks boring. Inside and out. A lot of cheap looking plastic inside as well. The limited. There's just something about it. Other than the Raptor engine which is awesome (but I'd sooner a SC 5.0). That I love. Yeah. The inside still looks a bit cheap to me. Plastic. Other than that. I love it. Have you reviewed a limited? If not. Please do. I'd buy the limted before the Raptor.
