At a minimum, the Tremor package will add $8,815 to the XLT as it also required an engine upgrade or $9,205 extra on the Lariat, also including an engine upgrade. If you also want blacked out grill and painted bumpers like this blue one, add another $4,295 (only on the Lariat) for the Sport package. Now you are at $64,025 for a 7.3 gas powered Super Crew before adding anything else. That makes making this TREMOR option stupid expensive. You can get nicer aftermarket wheels, tires and a lift a bunch less.

Should have listed all the upgrades: upgraded offroad shocks, skid plates, hill desent control, an advanced limited slip front differential, smaller front chin spoiler, plus the differance already mentioned, some people think that the Tremor package is only a spacer lift and tires, TFL might have actually took away Tremor sales away from Ford. Also at 35.1 the 285/75r18 Duratracs are .7 inches taller than the F150 Raptor's tires.

I wish Ford would put 4x4 and 4H/L capability on their E series van. It’d be the perfect DIY all-purpose, do-everything camper/mobile home. Need to transport people? No problem, leave the seats in. Need to pull something (sometimes me)? No problem. Need to haul something (me after buying my first house)? No problem, put some tarp in the back if it’s messy and pack it in. Need off-road capability to go hunting, and bring back your harvest (me)? No problem, with 4x4, 4H/L, and an aftermarket lift, you’ll be able to traverse most WMAs. Want to travel across the country with your German Shepherd during winter vacations (me)? No problem, throw a mattress and a couple of coolers in the back, and you’re good.

I have a 2019 F250 with the diesel and 4x4 crew. It rides like a dump truck, and coming from a 2500 Chevy that rode significantly better, I'm surprised people are satisfied with the ride these things give. I had a Ram a couple years back that rode very similar to the Chevy. The 250 has a terrible death wobble issue also.

No away bar disconnect, and those running boards will rip right off within 5 minutes on a Blue Trail in Rausch Creek, PA. You really need rock rails bolted to the frame for true rocker protection. You can lift my truck into the air by its rock rails. Not sure what the Offroad cruise control or the "special" crawl settings do, but I doubt they give you the finite control that the Power Wagon front and rear electric lockers do, and options to modify them. Of course, you have the option to upgrade all of this once purchased, but you'll void the warranty.

@@getwiggywithit2857 This is a hot topic, no doubt… but my .02 is the Tremor will get you more options than an FX4, primarily larger diameter shocks, bigger tires, and upgraded springs, but at that point you’d have to ask yourself if it’s worth it only to end up replacing the OEM Tremor suspension with a Carli system. What will you use the truck for? Is it to tow or for show? (Makes a difference). Daily driven? What size lift are you looking for?

Jon Hubbard some of the videos they had earlier stated that people complained how tall the trucks were so they lowered the f250 only 2 inches. So I assume that means the 2 inch lift on the temor puts it back to what it should be stock sadly.

My research shows longer coil springs in front and spacers in rear. I have already had one priced out by my fleet sales friend. I'm ordering one once all the final info has been provided to him. From what I can tell, the blue truck in the videos is a Lariat and those will come in a sport appearance package. At this time we do not know all the color options available for the Lariat. I have a Duramax currently, but I am definitely getting the 7.3 V8 with the 10 speed!

Looks sweet, but hard to take it too seriously without electronic sway bar disconnects and a front locker. Sway bar could be disconnected manually of course, but that's a PITA. Front locker - no manual way around that if it's also going to see pavement! All of these drive modes and crap too - what's up with that these days. Marketing wank. Worst of all, the Trailer Backup Assist knob. Come on now... if you can't back up a trailer you really shouldn't be towing one down the road just simply on premise/safety alone.

I suspect most folks who opt for the Tremor package never intend to take it off-road or see very little dirt. I don’t see 8,000 lb trucks doing serious off-roading except in mud bogs and those trucks are heavily modified. I just don’t get this segment of trucks Ford, Chrysler and GM but they are selling and that’s what matters I suppose.

@Jason Rios Considering Ford will probably charge a $8-9000 premium for the diesel over the gas engines, diesel engine related maintenance will be significantly more expensive, fuel (in my area) is about .30 per gallon more expensive than gas partially negating the mpg edge the diesel has, and since you have to buy DEF too, it is hard to make a financial case for buying the diesel over the gas for a (probable) hand full of mpg difference...unless you are a contractor that is towing a 20,000+ lb bulldozer on a trailer around all day...then, you'll need the torque of the diesel...short of that, the 7.3 is probably the best bet.
